Keep your ERP. Extend it to the floor.
V5 Ultimate plugs into the ERP and accounting system you already run. Finance and purchasing stay where they are. V5 owns operator-level execution and feeds verified production data back — within seconds, not at end-of-day.
Your ERP keeps the books. V5 runs the floor.
No double-entry, no overlapping masters. Each side owns what it's good at and the bridge keeps both honest.
AP, AR, GL postings, payroll, taxes — your ERP stays the book of record.
V5 posts actual material consumption and labour back to your ERP — within seconds, not at end-of-day.
POs, vendor master, payment terms, AP matching — your ERP keeps owning these.
V5 receives against the open PO, captures lot/serial + supplier paperwork, and reconciles back to the GRN.
Inventory valuation, stock counts at the GL level, period close.
V5 tracks lot/serial at the bin, enforces FEFO/FIFO, and hands net movements to the ERP.
SO entry, customer master, shipment scheduling, invoicing.
V5 picks against the SO, prints labels, captures lot/serial out-the-door, and posts shipment confirmations back.
Your ERP keeps the books. V5 runs the floor. The bridge keeps both honest.
Two-way, signed, replayable.
The bridge runs on a configurable cadence plus event-driven pushes for batch release. Every payload is signed and audited end-to-end. If the link goes down, V5 keeps the floor running and replays when it reconnects.
- Two-way sync. Items, lots, POs, SOs, GRNs, shipments, consumption, finished goods.
- Event-driven release posting. Batch release pushes to your ERP within seconds.
- Signed & audited. Every call HMAC-signed, full audit trail kept on both sides.
- Local-first execution. Bridge outage doesn't stop the line. Pending postings queue and replay.
- Configurable mapping. Item codes, UoM, GL accounts mapped per workspace, not hard-coded.
Straight answers.
Will V5 replace our ERP?
No — and we wouldn't recommend it if it did. V5 is shop-floor execution + compliance. Your ERP keeps owning finance, purchasing, sales, and high-level inventory. We extend it down to the workstation and feed verified data back.
Which ERPs does V5 connect to?
Any ERP or accounting system that exposes a REST or webhook API — including the major mid-market and enterprise platforms regulated manufacturers actually run. We have presets for the common ones; tell us yours and we'll confirm.
How does the bridge actually work?
A two-way bridge runs on a scheduled cadence (configurable, defaults to every few minutes) plus event-driven pushes for high-priority records like batch release. All traffic is signed, encrypted, and audited.
What if our ERP is on-premises?
Same bridge runs through an outbound HTTPS tunnel — no inbound firewall holes. V5 Ultimate On-Premises can also sit fully inside your network alongside the ERP.
What happens if the bridge goes down?
V5 keeps running. Floor execution is local-first; pending postings queue and replay automatically when the bridge reconnects. No batch loss, no record gaps.
Plug V5 in. Keep everything else.
Tell us your ERP and we'll confirm the bridge in the same conversation. No card, onboard in days, not months.
