We want you to be confident in your purchase of V5 Ultimate. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email our team at billing@v5ultimate.com with your order reference and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).

Subscription renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge was processed in error or you cancel within 30 days of a renewal, contact us and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund where appropriate.
