What you should know before you start.
Does the free trial require a credit card?+
No. You get fully featured access with no card on file. We'll prompt you to subscribe when the trial is ending — and your data stays put either way.
What's a 'seat' — is it per named user or concurrent?+
Concurrent. A seat is only consumed while a user is actively signed in. Invite unlimited named users; you pay for the number of concurrent seats you bought. If you bought 5 seats and have 100 named users, any 5 can be working at the same time — the 6th waits for someone to sign out (or auto-idle out).
Can I change tier or seats later?+
Yes — directly from the billing portal. Stripe prorates everything. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades apply at the next renewal so you don't lose paid time.
What happens if I downgrade and lose access to a feature?+
The data stays put. Locked features render an upgrade card inside the app — your records, signatures, and reports are never deleted, just hidden behind the gate until you upgrade again.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?+
Yes — 20% off any tier when paid annually. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal at any time.
Is there a setup fee or minimum commitment?+
No setup fees. No seat minimums. No annual lock-in unless you choose to pay annually for the discount.
