What is a concurrent seat?

One person using V5 at a time. Everyone has their own sign-in, but you pay only for how many people work at once — with 5 seats and 100 users, any 5 can be signed in together.

Can I change plan or seats later?

Online plans: yes, in your billing portal. Upgrades are normally prorated; downgrades apply at renewal. Enterprise changes go through a written change order.

Does Enterprise validate the system for us?

Enterprise gives you a controlled deployment, release management, IQ/OQ and support for your validation. Your team still validates V5 for your intended use and approves the result. Under V5's deployment policy, heavily regulated operations requiring a validated environment use Enterprise private cloud with controlled upgrades; Express and Professional run in shared cloud with ongoing updates. This is how V5 is supplied, not a claim that every regulation requires private cloud.
