V5 Ultimate extends your existing ERP, accounting and identity stack down to the shop floor — and closes the compliance loop. Below is the connector catalog: ERP, identity (SAML + SCIM), hardware, sensors, e-commerce and the developer surfaces.
Everything V5 talks to
ERP & accounting
Two-way bridge — V5 owns operator-level execution, your ERP keeps finance & high-level inventory. No rip-and-replace.
- REST API + webhooks. Documented endpoints for items, lots, work orders, shipments, invoices, journal entries.
- CSV gateway. Scheduled CSV in/out for plants whose ERP only speaks files. Audit-logged per transfer.
- Live adapters. Pre-built two-way adapters for the major ERPs and accounting systems — confirmed under NDA once you name yours.
- Compliance-loop COGS. Verified shop-floor data (yield, scrap, labour, output) flows back as journal entries — closes the loop on true COGS.
Identity — SSO & SCIM
Self-serve SAML 2.0 against any IdP plus SCIM 2.0 auto-provisioning. JIT user pending, owner approves, deprovision is atomic.
- SAML 2.0. Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), OneLogin, JumpCloud, Google Workspace SAML — any IdP that speaks SAML 2.0.
- SCIM 2.0. Public /api/public/scim/v2/Users endpoint — RFC 7643 / 7644. Users provision on assignment, deprovision instantly on removal.
- Domain → workspace mapping. Users type their work email at /login; V5 resolves the domain and redirects to your IdP.
- Immutable audit feed. Every sign-in, JIT event, token mint and admin decision lands in sso_signin_events for Part 11 §11.10(e) evidence.
Hardware on the floor
Live readings from the devices your operators already use — signed to the batch record, not re-keyed.
- Scales. Bluetooth (Mettler Toledo, Sartorius, A&D), serial via bridge, USB HID, and networked (Mettler IND, Rice Lake 1280, Avery E1310) over TCP/IP, Modbus TCP or OPC UA.
- Label printers. Zebra ZPL with per-printer profiles (DPI, darkness, speed, TT/DT). Live Labelary preview before commit.
- Barcode scanners. USB HID and Bluetooth — every scan pinned to operator + station.
- Lab instruments. HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, balances, pH meters — file-watcher and direct integration via our LIMS adapter.
Sensors & IoT
Continuous environmental & equipment readings — excursions raise a deviation automatically and seal into the eBMR window.
- Transports. Bluetooth (Sensirion, Govee), LoRaWAN (Dragino, Milesight), Modbus TCP, MQTT broker, OPC UA.
- What we read. Fridge / freezer temperature, cleanroom humidity, filling-line PSI, motor vibration, autoclave temperature.
- Excursion handling. Auto-deviation, auto-quarantine of affected stock, SMS page to on-call engineer.
E-commerce & customer-facing
Customer portal and order-intake connectors for white-label storefronts.
- Customer portal. White-label orders, traceability lookups, certificates, notifications.
- Order intake. REST inbound for any shop platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, custom) — orders land as Sales Orders ready to schedule.
For developers
Build against V5 — webhooks for the events your stack cares about, signed payloads, retries.
- REST API. OpenAPI-described, scoped per workspace, rate-limited per token.
- Webhooks. Signed, idempotent, with replay-on-failure. Subscribe to WO release, batch release, deviation opened, shipment posted, calibration overdue, more.
- Public /api/public/* surfaces. For external callers — SCIM, ERP bridge cron, sales inquiry. Auth-bypassed by design, signature-verified in code.
