EU cosmetic regulation requirement — the dossier the Responsible Person must keep for every product.
Under EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009, the Responsible Person must hold a Product Information File (PIF) for every cosmetic placed on the EU market. The PIF must contain product description, safety assessment (CPSR), method of manufacture, GMP compliance, proof of claimed effects, and animal-test data history. V5 manages the PIF as a controlled compound document.
