Lab & QC

LIMS-grade QC,
without the LIMS price tag.

Sample login → worklist → instrument capture → Westgard SPC → OOS → CoA. All signed, all audit-trailed, all in the same platform that runs your shop floor. No six-figure LIMS implementation. No separate vendor. No data hand-offs.

What you get

A complete QC lab module, day one

Six capabilities most regulated SMBs cobble together from spreadsheets, paper notebooks, and one analyst's brain. We built them in.

Sample login & worklists

Receive samples, auto-assign methods, route to benches. Worklists keep analysts on the next thing to do — no spreadsheets.

Instrument capture

HPLC, GC, balance, pH, dissolution, plate readers — direct capture to the run. No re-keying, no transcription errors.

Westgard SPC + control charts

1-2s, 1-3s, 2-2s, 4-1s, 10-x, R-4s, 2-of-3-2s rules built in. Trends and control charts per method, per instrument.

Stability & OOS

ICH Q1A stability protocols, automated pull schedules, OOS investigation flow that ties to CAPA.

ELN + electronic signatures

Lab notebook entries are records — typed, hashed, signed, and replayable. 21 CFR Part 11 by construction.

Methods, plates & dossiers

Method library with version control. Plate-mapping for ELISA / qPCR. Product test dossiers print to PDF for any sample, any lot, any time.

The sample's journey

Login to signed CoA — with OOS auto-routing built in.

Why this beats a standalone LIMS

The lab and the floor share one record.

In most shops, the LIMS and the MES are separate worlds joined by an Excel export at 3am. In V5, the QC sample is the same record as the batch it came from — pull a CoA and you can see the dispense weighments, the in-process checks, the operator who signed each step, and every instrument reading. One audit trail, end to end.

  • No CSV bridges between LIMS and MES — same database, same audit trail
  • Sample → batch → operator → instrument all linked, queryable, signed
  • OOS investigation auto-opens a CAPA, links the lot, holds the inventory
  • CoAs and stability reports render from the same record — no transcription
  • Validation pack covers the lab module too — one IQ/OQ/PQ for both
