How setup works

Create your trial workspace
- Name, work email and password. No card and no sales call.
- It opens with sample data, and the audit trail is on from the start.
The trial workspace is not for regulated (GxP) records. Single sign-on can be added later. The free trial lasts 7 days.
On your own, or with us
Self-service
Built into the product: templates, wizards, spreadsheet import and device pairing. No consultant or card needed to start.
A 7-day trial suits a scoped, single-site pilot, e.g. batch records, weighing and labels, using standard device drivers. ERP can wait; V5 runs on its own.
Assisted services
For the harder parts, we scope the work and quote it separately.
ERP connection
SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics, Odoo, QuickBooks and custom systems. We map master data, start read-only, then plan the switch-over.
On-premises or private cloud
For sites that need V5 on their own infrastructure. We deploy and hand over to your IT team.
Large data migrations
Legacy batch records, item masters and lot history: extraction, mapping and checking are scoped with you.
Validation support
Help running IQ/OQ/PQ, writing validation summaries and Part 11 / Annex 11 evidence.
On-site training and go-live
Operator training on your floor, on your devices. Useful for several shifts or plants.
Custom work
Bespoke reports, integrations and niche regulator formats, quoted as fixed-scope work.
What to prepare
V5 cuts the writing and testing effort. Some work stays with your team, because only you know your process.
Your requirements and risk assessment
What the system must do for you (your URS) and where the risks are.
SOP updates and operator training
Your procedures change when paper goes; your people need to know the new way.
Testing in your own process
Performance testing (PQ) on your site, and across sites if you have several.
Final approval
Your quality lead signs off. V5 never approves on your behalf.
Connect ERP when you're ready
ERP isn't part of the trial. When you're ready, we map master data, start read-only, then move to live transactions. Scoped and quoted separately.
