Spare-part requests: from the machine to a reviewed queue.
Operators and technicians request a known part or describe an unknown one at the kiosk. Maintenance tracks the request through triage, ordering and receipt against the equipment it concerns.
7-day free trial, no card required. Maintenance & OEE is Professional and Enterprise. Confirm requisition availability, permissions and purchasing handoff for your plan.

Raise a part request from the maintenance kiosk with quantity, urgency and notes.
Request, triage, ordering, receipt and cancellation
1. Capture what the machine needs at the kiosk
Raise a part request from the maintenance kiosk with quantity, urgency and notes.
Link the request to the equipment that needs the part.
Choose an inventory item or describe an unknown component for maintenance to identify.
- Unknown part
- A free-text description remains visible when there is no linked item code; identification still needs a person.
A request is not a stock deduction, purchase approval or instruction to return equipment to use.

2. Maintenance reviews the request before the next step
Search requests by part, equipment or notes and filter by status.
Review urgency and quantity alongside the equipment context.
Mark the request triaged after your team checks what is needed.
- Open queue
- The queue treats requested and triaged requests as open; ordered and received have separate views.
No automatic supplier selection, purchasing approval or escalation time is promised.

3. Record the purchasing follow-up, not an automatic order
Use the reviewed request to support your purchasing handoff.
Mark ordered when the order has been placed through your process.
Keep the asset and requested part visible while the team follows it up.
- Purchasing
- Purchase orders and supplier receiving have their own records. Agree the handoff rather than assuming requisition status completes them.
The inspected queue updates request status; automatic conversion to a PO and delivery integration are not claimed.
