What's included

Everything in this feature

Recorded cleaning work, with procedural verification kept explicit. Compare plans

  • Sanitation schedule

    Availability to confirm

Equipment or area, start, duration, recurrence, priority and description.

  • Cleaning kiosk

    Availability to confirm

Task instructions, reported photos, cleaning notes and after photos.

  • Completion record

    Availability to confirm

User, time and attached evidence; not a cleaning-validation or release verdict.

Availability to confirm: the capability exists in V5, but which plans include it, and whether it is enabled for you, is not yet confirmed — ask us. Qualified people define cleaning, assess verification and authorise equipment use; recorded completion is not proof of cleanliness.

Straight answers.

What buyers ask us first about Equipment & Performance.

  1. Can V5 block an out-of-calibration scale?

The kiosk can block devices that are out of calibration, depending on how you configure it.

  2. Does it cover planned maintenance?

Yes. Maintenance includes planned work, downtime reasons and requisitions, with OEE built from what is recorded. Maintenance and OEE are on Professional and Enterprise.

  3. Do our machines need to connect?

No. You can record downtime and checks by hand. Device connections are optional and each one is confirmed in setup.
