What each product actually is
TrackWise (the classic on-prem product) is a process-management engine — configurable workflows for CAPA, complaints, deviations, audits, supplier quality, and document control. TrackWise Digital is the cloud successor, rebuilt on Salesforce. Both assume manufacturing execution lives in a separate MES or in paper. V5 Ultimate is one platform: execution, warehouse and quality on a single validated stack, with the production record self-building as people work.
Execution on the floor
TrackWise doesn't run the line — deviations and CAPAs arrive after the fact, from paper records or from a separate MES feed. V5 IS the line: operator UX at the kiosk, scale streaming, scanner-driven weigh-out, two-person dispense, in-process check gating. A deviation in V5 is born at the step that triggered it, tied to the operator, the equipment, the lot and the exact reading that breached spec — no manual reconstruction during the investigation.

Classic TrackWise is in long-term maintenance — Sparta encourages migration to TrackWise Digital on Salesforce.
