How do we turn an enquiry into an order the plant can deliver?
From a customer enquiry to a confirmed order the plant can plan against.
One workspace for the enquiry, the quote and the order — so the promise you make matches the batch you can actually deliver.

Alongside your ERP or accounting system
How it runs
The commercial front end of V5. Prospects, customers and contacts live in one workspace; an RFQ moves through requirements, formulation, costing, quoting and sampling to a recorded outcome, and won work becomes a sales order that production and fulfilment can see.
Step 1 of 5
Capture the enquiry
Record the prospect, contacts and requirements as an RFQ. Tasks, customer samples and account activity keep follow-up in one place.
What changes
One record from enquiry to order
Sales, technical and operations teams work from the same customer and RFQ history instead of separate spreadsheets.
Quotes Grounded in the Formula
Formulation and costing are stages of the RFQ, not a separate side calculation.
Controlled Proposals
Template, readiness check and a frozen issued design mean the proposal the customer received can be reproduced.
Alongside your accounting
Sales orders sit next to production; accounting and delivery integrations are configured to your systems. V5 is not a replacement for your finance system.

- Proposal template configuration, approval and required quotation data must be complete before a proposal can be issued.
- Accounting and delivery integrations for sales orders require configuration.
Questions
- Does V5 replace our ERP or accounting system?
- No. V5 runs the enquiry, quoting and order workflow next to production. Your ERP or accounting system stays the financial record; which system holds each record is agreed when the integration is configured.
- Can proposals be changed after they are issued?
- The issued proposal design is frozen with the document. Changes mean preparing and issuing a new proposal, so the version the customer received stays intact.
- Does the CRM send emails or enrich contacts automatically?
- Only where the relevant email, enrichment or AI provider has been configured and the user has permission. Without that, the CRM works as a manual pipeline.
- Is the CRM included in every plan?
- Plan contents vary. Pricing is per concurrent seat across three tiers; see the pricing page or ask us which plan covers the modules you need.
