- Trace uses the lot records V5 already holds, so the answer depends on how completely receiving, production and shipping are recorded in V5. We don't promise a fixed time.
- Does V5 run recalls for us?
- No. V5 keeps the trace, shipment and stock records; your qualified people decide whether to recall, whom to notify and what happens to stock.
- Does V5 send ASNs and EDI to customers?
- Contact us to confirm EDI and ASN support, including the message types and trading partners you need.
